PixelWall.art is a digital advertising platform that allows users to purchase pixel blocks on a virtual wall to display images and links. Each pixel block purchased becomes part of the permanent digital canvas.
3. Pixel Purchase Terms
All pixel purchases are final and non-refundable. The price per pixel is displayed at the time of purchase. Users must provide valid payment information to complete transactions. Purchased pixels remain active as long as the service is operational.
4. Content Guidelines
Users are responsible for the content they upload. The following content is prohibited: illegal content, pornographic or sexually explicit material, content that promotes violence or discrimination, malware or malicious links, copyright-infringing material, misleading or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without refund.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the images they upload. By uploading content, you grant PixelWall.art a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the content on the platform. The PixelWall.art brand, logo, and website design are protected intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
PixelWall.art is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for pixel purchases.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
